Minimums start at only 24 pieces per design for fully custom items.
Is it possible to do less than 24 items? Can we split the minimum order into multiple styles, colors, or designs?
Sorry, we cannot take on any custom jobs under our 24 pieces per design minimum or split into different colors, styles, or designs. We have taken considerations for time and various resources including fabric as we do our best to minimize waste.
Payment in full is required upfront to place a custom order.
We make all of our custom pieces from scratch, so everything (colorwise, etc) is available for order regardless if a wholesale blank hat is in-stock or not. This is also why the process takes 30-45 days for full production, it's not as easy as putting embroidery on a blank hat!
Please fill out the order form above and complete payment to begin the custom manufacturing process. Once submitted, please e-mail us vector artwork, to size, if you haven't already uploaded it above.
Once you pay and we receive customization details plus your finalized vector artwork, we'll get you on our schedule.
Turnaround for our custom pieces is typically 10-15 business days for photos of the one pre-production sample included in your order. Once those photos are approved, it will take approximately 30-45 business days, depending on our schedule, for full production.
Can I order a physical sample of a custom item?
If you would like to receive a physical sample there is an additional charge of $100 per shipped sample.
Artwork should be to the size you'd like it made on your item. We always recommend printing out your artwork at 100% and using a tape measure to figure out what logo size works best for your garment.
We need vectorized files of your artwork saved as .ai, .eps, .svg, or .pdf. Do not send us flat images just saved as an accepted file type, they need to be true vectors.
We do not accept multiple files or anything over 100MB. Please include all of your artwork on separate artboards within a single file.

- Select the type that you want to convert into outlines. Once this is selected scroll over to the “Type” drop down at the top of your screen.
- Select “Create Outlines” from the drop down
